The family name, "Paquin", is on the front plinth, with the compass and square of the Freemasons on the shaft, and the panel reads:

Norbert

Died May, 1 1886,
Aged
53 Yrs.6 Mos.7 Dys.

On side two, an anchor -- a sign of hope -- is on the shaft, and the family name, "Paquin", is on the plinth. The panel reads:

Eliza

Died May 15, 1888,
Aged
51 Yrs.7 Mos.2 Dys.

The other sides are blank, but there is an interesting plant on each of the four sides below the panel. It's fairly generic, but some folks in Colorado might mistake it for something that's been a little controversial in modern days!
