"43. 508 Court Street, 1888. This high style Victorian building was constructed at the same time as 510 Court Street and shares a unified façade. The highly ornate façade of this two-story building has an elaborate dentiled cornice and central pediment with ball finials. Decorative pilasters separate the segmental arched windows. A row of rosettes separates the upper façade from the storefront area. Based on Sanborn maps, this façade was added sometime between 1895 and 1902. Though the storefront is modern, it has been designed to look like an early storefront window with wood kickplates, and large display windows. [C]" ~ NRHP Nomination Form
