Pittsburgh's Strip District along Liberty and Penn Avenues has long been the home to wholesalers and retailers of fresh foods. Fish markets, fruit and vegetable markets, exotic foods... you can find it all here. On weekends this area is jam packed in the daytime with shoppers, and at night with the club crowd.

The mural captures all this. It says, "come across the 16th Bridge and see the Strip. Fry some fish. Have a cuppa java."

The posted coordinates are for the spot on the 16th Street bridge where the photo was taken. This is an excellent vantage point, but mind the traffic!
