There is a green area on the site of the Lohkoppel residential community in the Hamburg district of Berne. On a part of this green area a small orchard meadow was created. In the middle of it stands the insect hotel. Equipped with various materials, from wood to straw to fir cones, it offers space for a variety of insects.
