A sculpture of a life size Pennsylvania State Police trooper stands in front of the Pennsylvania State Police Troop L barracks. It shows a trooper holding the hand of a little girl. The trooper is mostly gray and black but the state police patches on his shoulders shine brightly and true to color. There is no plaque on the sculpture and no mention of it on the state police website or thru Google Images.
