Na fasáde bratislavskej Starej radnice nájdete chronogram, vytesaný do cervenej mramorovej platne. Nápis uvádza:

V knihe "Chronograms, 5000 and more in number excerpted out of various authors and collected at many places", napísanej Jamesom Hiltonom, sa nachádza takýto preklad: 'Mesto vybudovalo, král zastrešil, Jehova osobne pomohol, Karol ochranuje a Boh prináša pomoc do mesta.'
Budova radnice je omnoho staršia ako 1733, ale podla dostupných zdrojov, v tomto roku prepukol požiar a po nom došlo k rozsiahlej prestavbe radnice do barokového štýlu.

The building is much older than 1733, but according to other sources there was a fire in 1733 and it was then decided to rebuild the town hall in the Baroque style.
