A cute little hydrant, on one side it is dressed up, even to the point of wearing a bow tie. On the other side, the hdrant takes on the persona of a little smiling dog, breed unknown. The hydrant stands on the northwest corner of Harker Avenue and 1st Street, in front of the Magrath Public Library. Just up the street to the north is the Magrath Museum.
