To showcase the Mount Compass Wetland, and Stormwater Re-use Project the wooden boardwalk has been erected. It commences at the sculpture trail below the shopping centre of Mount Compass, and runs through the marshland. There are a couple of wooden viewing platforms, where the flora and bird life in particular can be observed.
