Located in Indian Battle Park, adjacent to the Helen Schuler Nature Centre, is the Coulee Climb Self-guided trail. The short trail will lead you through the coulees, while the trail guide points out unique aspects of flora, fauna, and geology along the way.
The trail is a short 1 km loop trail that accends rapidly as it climbs the coulee, first by fine gravel trail followed by a series of stairs. Once at the top, the hiker can enjoy great views of the Oldman River valley as well as stunning views of the Lethbridge Viaduct as it looms tall overhead.
