This cemetery was established in 1898 with the death of Henry W. Parotte on June 22, 1898. The cemetery is located 6 miles west of Cushing (one mile west of Highway 18), at the intersection of CR3430 and W. 9th.

The cemetery is treeless with the exception of one tree, and has no drives. It is being well maintained. Most of the burials here were in the early 20th Century, however,there have been three within the past 7 years.
