"Anna M. Nakamoto Passed away unexpectedly on January 7, 2010 in San Francisco. Funeral services were held on January 19 at the Ballard Family Mortuary in Maui. Mrs. Nakamoto was born Jan 24, 1945 in Buckner, MO. She was a resident of SF since 1971 and was a long time volunteer at the VA Medical Center. She served as the President of the Mira Glen Owners Association for 13 years. Anna is survived by Roy Y. Nakamoto her husband of 42 years. A memorial will be held at 11 am on Saturday, February 6, 2010 at the Basque Cultural Center, 599 Railroad Avenue, South San Francisco, CA 94080. Contributions may be made to "Voluntary Service in memory of Mrs. Anna Nakamoto".
