"Home is Here" Oklahoma themed painted utility box

Located at the NW corner of Harrison and 2nd, this painted utility box is next to Guthrie's Honor Park. Three sides are painted with Oklahoma themes:
North side:
Buffalo with red/orange sky: artist Shane
Native American design, and a blue Oklahoma with red heart at center
artist Kristin La Noy
East side:
White OK shape, with a red heart inside and the words "Kie Strong";
red and yellow flowers on a purple background
West side:
"Guthrie", with a dream catcher with three blue feathers hanging from it; 20 small black birds flying above. artist: Hannah A. 2014
Two small wood blocks are at the base, near the utility pole. One shows a grandma with a red hat, the other a red and white mushroom.
