This Grade I listed stone bridge was built in the C15th and was restored in 1886. Built of dressed stone with rubble superstructure and ashlar coping. Of three arches with broad ribs, deep cut-waters with chamfered bands, and large refuges. The east side has a stone band and there is an angled arch at high level at the southern end to accomodate the widened road. There are C20th alterations to the north end where an arch similar to that at the south has been replaced by a concrete beam.
