Une mode commence à voir le jour dans certaines communes de Provence. D'anciennes photos sont sorties des archives de la ville, quelques fois d'anciennes cartes postale, pour être imprimé en très grand et affichés sur le mur de la ville le plus proche de l'endroit où la photo a été prise.
C'est ainsi que cette photo de la Grande rue est affichée juste à son entrée. La photo n'est pas daté mais la rue n'est pas goudronnée, la tenue des gens semble dater d'au moins la fin de la dernière guerre (1945) car aucune femme ne porte de pantalon. Enfin, un enfant circule sur un âne (moyen de locomotion abandonné depuis longtemps !)

A fashion is beginning to emerge in some communes of Provence. Old photos have been taken from the city archives, sometimes old postcards, to be printed in very large format and displayed on the city wall closest to where the photo was taken.
That's how this picture of the Main Street is displayed right at its entrance. The photo is not dated but the street is not paved, people's clothes seem to date back at least to the end of the last war (1945) because no woman wears pants. Finally, a child travels on a donkey (a means of transport that has long since been abandoned!)
