The Angora Road trailhead is part of the Lake Antietam Park system. In 2012, Berks County decided that the Lake Antietam area needed some updating, so, using grants, one of the areas that they focused on was the Angora Trailhead. A new parking area and rest rooms were provided along with a kiosk and benches. Behind the benches a new bicycle fixit station was provided by the Berks Area Mountain Biking Association.
