Rotary Park was built in 1935 by the WPA with an appropriation of $5,932. The Cottonwood Creek runs through the park northwest to southeast and the WPA built a natural stone drainage ditch for the creek waters. They also built two concrete picnic tables, one of the south and one on the east.

Today, the park has several playground areas and two nice wooden gazebos, and serves the surrounding community.
