Rotary Park - Cushing, OK - Municipal Parks and Plazas on Waymarking.com

Rotary Park is located at the intersection of S. Highland Avenue and E. 9th Street. The Cottonwood Creek runs through the park northwest to southeast. The park was originally built by the WPA in 1935. Natural stone was used to line the creek.

The park has several playground areas, and we note two concrete picnic benches, also built by the WPA. There are no pavilion or cooking facilities. There are two very nice wood gazebos on the north side of the park. The Rotary Club of Cushing was formed in 1919, and this park is one of their service projects. The park has no website.
