The Luke Berry house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2007. This is a yellow brick two-story home built in c.1925 in the Italian Renaissance Revival style. The house is basically symmetrical with the entrance at the center on the north elevation. The door is wood with 12 glass panes and a fanlight. It is located under an arched pediment. The two window units flanking the entrance have a large and two small fixed panes, with vertical ribbon panes at the top. The windows on the second level are set in two triples and two singles, and are four-over-one double hung. The roof is hipped with composition shingles.

On the east side of the house is a large covered porte cochere supported by four Tuscan columns. It is balanced on the west side by a covered drive leading to a two-car detached garage. Across the full width of the facade is a narrow porch with a concrete balustrade. The yard is encircled with a low stone wall and iron fencing.
