Where one would find a Woodmen of the World emblem on a later monument is the emblem of the Knights of Pythias, an inverted triangle with a knight's helmet imposed upon crossed halberds and a shield. At the triangle's three corners are "F", "C", and "B", representing their motto, "Friendship, Charity, and Benevolence."
