Almost every village or town in the current Czech Republic (former Czechoslovakia) has a monument devoted to the victims of WWI and WWII. Among the victims of WWII were also civilians who participated in home resistance against German occupiers or died in German concentration camps. The monuments also mention the names of soldiers of the former Czechoslovak army.
This memorial plaque is located on the wall of municipality office. The inscription on the plaque mentions the names several Czech heroes of anti-fascist resistance.
