The Sint-Servaas Church is a church building in Koninksem in the Belgian municipality of Tongeren in the province of Limburg. The church is located on the Kerkstraat and the Koninksemstraat with round the church the cemetery
A Romanesque basilical church was built in the 11th or 12th century. This church had a floor plan of a west tower, a three-aisled nave and a semi-circular choir. The tower was blind with a very old substructure. The church had a flat wooden ceiling as an overhang.
In 1684 one of the aisles was demolished.
In 1851 the Romanesque church was demolished.
In 1852 the new church was built about 200 meters away from the site of the old church
