While it is not as shady as the St Ann's Anglican Cemetery 'just over the road', it is very pleasant and poignant walking through here, with some shade and wind break given. There were several 'Waymarkable' graves here.
While it was established in 1863 along with the Church, there is an inscription from 1853. There is also a memorial for Gabriel Cox (1816-1892) "who in 1863 provided the land on which the Cemetery and Church now Stand."
