The Hall of Fame contains plaques of dozens of famous Mets including Manager Casey Stengel, Manager and 1B Gil Hodges, Pitcher Tom Seaver, Catcher Mike Piazza, Owner William A. Shea, Broadcaster Ralph Kiner, OF Darryl Strawberry, Pitcher John Franco, and Catcher Gary Carter. Many of these players were part of the Mets' two World Series Championships in 1969 and 1986.
