Wetaskiwin Memorial Cemetery is also known as Memorial Cemetery with approximately 2,737 known interments.

Wetaskiwin's Memorial Cemetery was started in the late 1960's, and is funded jointly by the City and County of Wetaskiwin.

This cemetery is more traditional as in newer cemeteries with most the grave markers neatly placed in rows and divided into sections. The headstones are mostly flush to the ground or most smaller then in the other older cemetery.

There are many very large trees and it is fenced around the perimeter. There is a Veteran section with a cairn dedicated to those who served in the Canadian Armed Services. The grave markers are flush and slightly raised above the ground. The Canadian flag waves proudly nearby.
