Claresholm Cemetery is fairly large with 3,179 known interments. It is well maintained with a Veteran's section that displays a large cross. The veteran headstone are very tradition with the soldier's name inscribed.

The cemetery is graced with large trees and fencing around the perimeter. Vast farming fields are to the west of the cemetery.

Within the cemetery not too far from the Veteran's section is the Foothills Scattering Gardens. There is sign with several names displayed.

Overall the older section has interesting headstones of some of the pioneers from the area.
