While the disk is close to Hwy. 87 the approach from that direction would require technical rock climbing skills. An easier approach is from Flowing Springs Road. Thus the disk is approximately 899 feet from the parking lot off Flowing Springs Rd. at an angle of 312 degrees. There is a clear path from the parking lot to the marker. The parking lot is the first left turn after Flowing Springs Rd. leaves Hwy. 87.
