It is a permanent sport course based on orientation and adapted to all audiences: school children, high school students, real sportsmen, families, and of course tourists in need of physical exercise ... and intellectuals.
This route is composed of beacons called "posts", and the entire network is on a map available for free in the offices of the tourist office and on the Internet for free download.
These posts have an integrated clamp with each a unique punch that can demonstrate that the "guide" has done well the course

Il s'agit d'un parcours sportif permanent basé sur l'orientation et adapté à tous les publics : les scolaires, les lycéens, les vrais sportifs, les familles, et bien entendu les touristes en mal d'exercices physiques... et intellectuels.
Ce parcours est composé de balises que l'on appelle des « postes », et l'ensemble du réseau figure sur une carte disponible gratuitement dans les bureaux de l'office de tourisme et sur Internet en libre téléchargement.
Ces postes ont une pince intégrée avec chacune un poinçon unique qui permet de démontrer que l'« orienteur » a bien effectué le parcours
