Three siblings Asaph, Seth, and Simon Butts died when a fire swept through their house on Christmas Eve. Their grave is parked with a rectangular brownstone monument with three soul effigies carved at the top. The monument is inscribed:

SHEREBIAN and MRS.
LYDIA BUTTS who
expired in the flames
of their House
24th Decr. 1798. Viz.
ASAPH the 12th,
SETH in the 9th
& SIMON in the 7th
Year of his Age.
