This is a bust of Kaiser Wilhelm I (William I, German Emperor) which is located at the 'Stadtgarten' nearby to the harbor in Konstanz, Germany, Baden-Württemberg.
The bust has been created by the artist Emil Einhart in 1879.
He donated it to the City of Konstanz. The bust was first placed at the courtyard of the city hall and re-located to its current position one year later in 1880. It consists of marble.
