Gelegen in de Peperstraat te Millen hoorde deze kapel vroeger bij de boerderij van de familie Stassen-Devue aan de overkant van de straat. Peter Henrotte - de Froidmont, landbouwer, was eigenaar van het perceel waarop de kapel staat.
De familie Henrotte had een speciale band met de Heilige Antonius. Zij waren medeoprichters van het kerkelijk genootschap en stichting Sint-Antonius van Padua in 1829 en stichters van de "Fanfare Royale de Saint-Antoine". In 1893 richtten zij de coöperatieve dorpsmelkerij Sint-Antonius-de-Vooruitgang op in de huidige Hoeve Dewalleff in het dorpscentrum van Millen.
De kapel werd vermoedelijk gebouwd rond 1900 of mogelijk gelijktijdig met de boerderij aan de overkant - gebouwd 1905 - die dezelfde geglazuurde tegels en ornamenten bevat. Uit kadastrale perikwatierapporten blijkt dat de kapel verbouwd werd in 1931.
De kapel is een bakstenen gebouwtje met kalkstenen plint op een rechthoekig grondplan met zadeldak met pannen. De afgeknotte puntgevel is afgedekt (2,5 x 3 meter) met kalkstenen dekstenen die neerkomen op twee geprofileerde kraagstenen waarop zich aan weerszijden een gestileerde, hardstenen pinakel bevindt.
De spitsboogvormige toegangsdeur rust op twee geprofileerde imposten en is voorzien van een sluitsteen met vermelding "St. Antoine". Zowel de spitsboog als de twee vlakken rechts van de deur zijn uitgevoerd in grijze geglazuurde tegels. Boven de deur is een cartouche aangebracht met inscriptie "JHS".

Située dans le Peperstraat à Millen, cette chapelle appartenait autrefois à la ferme de la famille Stassen-Devue de l'autre côté de la rue. Peter Henrotte - le fermier Froidmont, était propriétaire de la parcelle sur laquelle se trouve la chapelle.
La famille Henrotte avait une relation particulière avec Saint Anthony. Ils ont été co-fondateurs de la société religieuse et fondation St Antoine de Padoue en 1829 et fondateurs de la "Fanfare Royale de Saint-Antoine". En 1893, ils fondèrent le village coopératif fondant Sint-Antonius-de-Vooruitgang dans l'actuel Hoeve Dewalleff au centre du village de Millen.
La chapelle a probablement été construite vers 1900 ou peut-être simultanément avec la ferme de l'autre côté - construite en 1905 - qui contient les mêmes carreaux et ornements vernissés. D'après les rapports de perception cadastrale, il semble que la chapelle ait été reconstruite en 1931.
La chapelle est un bâtiment en briques avec un socle en pierre calcaire sur un plan d'étage rectangulaire avec un toit à pignon avec des casseroles. Le pignon tronqué est recouvert (2,5 x 3 mètres) de chapiteaux en calcaire recouvrant deux corbeaux profilés sur lesquels se trouve un pinacle stylisé et caillouteux des deux côtés.
La porte d'entrée en forme d'arc en pointe repose sur deux impostes profilées et est équipée d'une clé de voûte indiquant «Saint-Antoine». Tant l'arc pointu que les deux surfaces à droite de la porte sont constitués de carreaux émaillés gris. Au-dessus de la porte se trouve un cartouche avec l'inscription "JHS".

The Henrotte family had a special relationship with Saint Anthony. They were co-founders of the religious society and foundation St Anthony of Padua in 1829 and founders of the "Fanfare Royale de Saint-Antoine". In 1893 they founded the cooperative village smelting Sint-Antonius-de-Vooruitgang in the current Hoeve Dewalleff in the village center of Millen.
The chapel was probably built around 1900 or possibly simultaneously with the farm on the other side - built 1905 - which contains the same glazed tiles and ornaments. From cadastral perception reports it appears that the chapel was rebuilt in 1931.
The chapel is a brick building with limestone plinth on a rectangular floor plan with gable roof with pans. The truncated gable is covered (2.5 x 3 meters) with limestone capstones that cover two profiled corbels on which there is a stylized, pebbled pinacle on both sides.
The pointed arch-shaped entrance door rests on two profiled impostes and is equipped with a keystone stating "St. Antoine". Both the pointed arch and the two surfaces to the right of the door are made of gray glazed tiles. Above the door is a cartouche with inscription "JHS".
