It was a donation by the local Rotary Club of Konstanz and the local tourists club.
The model is located outside and is accessable all the time (24/7/365).
There is no admission fee.
The explanations at the 3D Orientation Model are also written in Braile to give blind people the possibility to see and feel the city of Konstanz.
