Hackensack is a small town, pop. around 300 in the heart of Minnesota's lake country. During the summer the population doubles or triples due to the area's many lakes and cabins. Most of the folks come to Viddle's and Joe for breakfast, which they are well known for. They are only open through early lunch time, year round and seven days a week. Their menu is varied and plentiful.
