This is a three-story red brick building at 114-118 W. 7th Avenue in downtown Stillwater. It was constructed in 1925, and a stone panel n the upper wall reads: "1925 / W.E. Going". Originally, this was the Going Hotel, which contained 60 rooms. Today, there are offices in the four storefronts, as well as on the upper levels.
The building has a flat roof, with concrete coping. All second and third story windows are one-over-one with concrete sills. A continuous lintel of soldier bricks runs above the windows on the upper levels. The storefronts have been updated with wood trim, and a wood canopy covers the entire ground level facade, with the name "TOWN CENTER".
