A 6' tall Chinese Guardian Lion that dated back to the early Qing Dynasty is located at the end of the road leading to Lyman Allyn Museum. The lion is made of bronze with iron castings. The lion is sitting up on its back legs with its front legs straight. Its mouth is open wide and is baring its teeth. The sculpture is set on a 6' high hexagonal stone base.
