West World is a multipurpose exhibition area. Best known as the home of the Barrett Jackson Auto auction, it is primarily designed to handle horse shows. It includes stables and rv parking, several exhibition rings, and a polo field. At the entrance to the area is this statue representing three different breeds of horses. There is a Thoroughbred running, a Quarter Horse cutting and an Arabian showing off. The piece is part of the City of Scottsdale permanent art collection. It was created by Snell Johnson in 1989.
