The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Claresholm is part of the Fort Macleod Alberta Stake with the Claresholm ward meeting here; Bishop Toone presiding.
This is the only The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Claresholm and is one of the largest churches in the area. It is located in an well established neighborhood in the west side of town. Further west there are open farm land, in fact Claresholm is completely surrounded with open land used for grain crops, hay production and canola.
It is nicely landscaped with very large pine and elm trees. The church is brick with a black spire on the roof. Did not notice until looking at the entrance picture there was someone watching us, wonder if she thought, "Why are they taking pictures of the church?".
