"Alarms and the quick arrival of authorities likely stopped a would-be burglar at the Baldwin Hotel Museum Saturday.

Within minutes of two of the building's alarms going off, museum officials and members of the Klamath Falls Police Department arrived to find a broken door and a mink coat, which was originally hanging just inside the door, on the ground outside.

Police dogs were used to search the building but no one was found and it did not appear any other items were taken." (visit link)
