Waffle Hut finds new home in downtown Klamath Falls - News Article Locations on Waymarking.com

"For many years, Rob McPherson has been all about the waffles.

In the summer, McPherson has seen lines of people often stretching outside just to get a seat at his well-known Oregon Avenue diner, Waffle Hut, which currently seats about 30 people.

At the end of the month, Waffle Hut will settle into the former location of Apatite, which the owner of Running Y Ranch Resort and The Cerulean Hotel has decided to lease out.

Now they’ll be able to host up to 271 people.

Moving from their current home to the 7,200 square-foot restaurant on the south side of downtown means other changes in store for the diner: they’ll hire at least six or seven more staff members, in addition to expanding their dinner menu and looking into a liquor license for their new bar.

As for the look, the atmosphere and the breakfast recipes, McPherson wants patrons to know they’ll practically stay the same."
