680C is not a disk but a bolt, monumented in 1922 in the front (north) sandstone foundation of the building. It is in the second course of stone blocks above the ground, centered between the two barred windows to the west of the entrance steps.
When built in 1907-1909, this was the Wetaskiwin Courthouse. In 2005 renovations and additions were begun and in about 2008 the city moved in, at which time it became the City Hall.
