Food assistance is given once a month unless extenuating circumstances exist. Packages are designed to provide the family with 2-3 days worth of meals and school snacks if required.

Those who would benefit from budget counselling or trusteeship or need assistance with housing issues and reside in Chatham-Kent can be assisted through this office. If need be a caseworker (budget/housing/youth support) from Chatham office can come out to this location to assist client.

Offer spiritual guidance and listening ear for those in despair.

Gently used items are accepted for sale in the Thrift Store at the same location. Proceeds from sale of items are used to further assist clients through the family services.
