The Deming History Park includes a statue of cowboy on horseback, several commemorative plaques and this free-standing clock. The clock was manufactured by the Electric Time Company. The model is their Two dial Howard and is made of cast aluminum in Forest Green. The post of the clock is mounted on a small concrete block. It is a very classic design with gold trim. Across the top of the housing is Payson, AZ and at the bottom Est. 1882. The clock face is white with black markings. The hours are marked with Roman numerals and the minutes are denoted with small black marks. The hands are decorative arrows. The clock was placed in 2004. The clock was donated by the the Rim Country - Payson Rotary Club and Arizona Public Service Company, the electric utility company.
