The plaque says, (On base wall, front:) "DAVID KRAISLER b.1940/THE BRIDGE, 1980/FERRO-CEMENT/COMMISSIONED IN MEMORY OF/MARY-ANNE LOUCHHELM/BY SCOTTSDALE FINE ARTS COMMISSION/AND AN ANONYMOUS DONOR/COLLECTION OF CITY OF SCOTTSDALE" The sculpture features a few individual stained glass sculptures, in a converted fountain.
