A simple stone fountain next to the lavoir of Avenches.

EN: This fountain stands in a corner next to the old wash house (lavoir) of Avenches.
The trough is rectangular and has the fountain column on the wide side. Both are very simple and without decorations except for the year 1933 at the front of the trough.
There is only one peculiar feature: The faucet has an additional outlet that can be switched on, probably to mount a hose.
FR: Cette fontaine se dresse dans un coin à côté de l'ancien lavoir d'Avenches.
L'auge est rectangulaire et a la colonne de fontaine sur le grand côté. Les deux sont très simples et sans décor sauf pour l'année 1933 à l'avant de l'auge.
Il n’ya qu’une caractéristique particulière: le robinet a une prise supplémentaire qui peut être activée, probablement pour monter un tuyau.
