One of a pair of almost identical clocks that are mounted on either end of an old Market Hall building in the Market Place in the centre of Oundle.
The clock face is blue with gold trim, markings and hands. An outer gold ring carries the minute and five-minute markers and encloses a ring of Roman numeral hours. There is an inscription, also in gold, "Oundle Town Council AD 2000".
