De Sint-Servatiuskerk in Sluizen in de Belgische gemeente Tongeren in de provincie Limburg. De kerk ligt op een kerkheuvel aan de Viséweg en wordt omgeven door een ommuurd kerkhof.
De kerk is de parochiekerk van het dorp en is gewijd aan Sint-Servatius.
Uit 12e en/of 13e eeuw stamde de oorspronkelijke kerk van Sluizen. Deze kerk was opgetrokken in Rijn-Maaslandse stijl. Alleen de toren en de onderbouw van het koor bleven daarvan nog bewaard.
In de 17e eeuw werden de middenbeuk en zijbeuken gebouwd.
In 1865-1870 werd de kerk herbouwd met behoud van het oorspronkelijk grondplan.

The St. Servatius Church in Sluizen in the Belgian municipality of Tongeren in the province of Limburg. The church is situated on a church hill on the Viséweg and is surrounded by a walled cemetery.
The church is the parish church of the village and is dedicated to St. Servatius.
The original church of Sluizen originated from the 12th and / or 13th century. This church was built in Rhine-Maasland style. Only the tower and the substructure of the choir are still preserved.
In the 17th century the central aisle and side aisles were built.
In 1865-1870 the church was rebuilt while retaining the original ground plan.
