Die Ladestation befindet sich rechts vom Eingang zum Haus des Bürgers. Geladen werden können drei Fahrräder gleichzeitig. Das Laden ist vollkommen kostenfrei. Sie hat einige Besonderheiten:
Die Ladestation ist mit drei Schränken ausgerüstet. Die Ladestation befindet sich jeweils in den Schränken. Die Schränke sind so dimensioniert, dass sie neben dem AKKU, Ladegerät und Netzteil auch Fahrradhelme und Taschen aufnehmen können. Neben der Ladestation ist ein Fahrradständer aufgestellt, der Platz für 5 Fahrräder bietet.
Jeder Schrank verfügt über ein kleines LED-Feld in dem auf Knopfdruck der Status angezeigt wird. Verschlossen werden die jeweils Schränke durch Eingabe einer frei wählbaren temporären PIN. Diese werden über einen seperaten Touch-Screen auf der Seite der Anlage eingegeben.
Somit ist es möglich, bequem einen Spaziergang in der Stadt zu machen, während der AKKU lädt, ohne Fahrad, Taschen und Helme mitschleppen zu müssen
Die Errichtung der Anlage (mit Fahrradständern) kostete ca. 10.180 € und wurde von den Stadtwerken Blieskastel übernommen.

The charging station is located to the right of the entrance to the citizen's house. Three bicycles can be loaded at the same time. Charging is completely free. The charging station has some special features:
The charging station is equipped with three cabinets. The power connection is located in the cabinets. The cabinets are dimensioned to accommodate not only the battery, charger and power adapter but also bicycle helmets and bags. Next to the charging station is a bicycle stand that has space for 5 bicycles.
Each cabinet has a small LED field in which the status is displayed by pressing a button. The cabinets are locked by entering a freely selectable temporary PIN. This PIN is entered via a separate touch screen on the side of the charging station.
This makes it easy to take a walk in the city while the battery is charged without having to carry bikes, bags and helmets
The construction of the charging station (with bicycle stands) cost about € 10.180 and was paid for by Stadtwerke Blieskastel.
