This plaque gas seen better days. In the 30 or so years, its is disrepair and peeling. Some part are even hard to read. The sign tells about these tree planted during an Arbor Day in 1987.

The plaque reads:

"Three hundred pine seedlings were planted in the city of Chilquin at three locations in observance of the bicenteniial Celebration of the Constintuition of the United States. The activities were ___ through the cooperation of the Chiloquin High School Foresty Class, the city of Chilquin and the Forest Services - USDA."
