This, the newest park in Elsberry, has this neat flag pole, new playground equipment and bird sanctuary, and a mile + fitness trail with all sorts of exercise poles and ladders and bridge, etc...very neat park

"Peggy Wheadon, of Elsberry, recently donates funds to purchase the new flag pole located at Page Branch Park in Elsberry. The flag pole was purchased in memory of her late husband, Earl Wheadon, Jr. The flag pole was installed by Ron Conger, Alliance Water Resources Manager." ~ Alliance Water Resources
