In the southeast section of the Oklahoma State University campus, in front of the ConnocoPhillips OSU Alumni Center, is a garden area dedicated to Larry and Christy Shell. The gardens are geometric shapes divided by brick walkways.
Larry Shell is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, and has headed up the OSU Alumni Association since 1990. He is retiring in the fall of 2018.
On a low brick wall on the east side is a bronze plaque which reads:
FORMAL GARDENS

for their years of dedicated service to the OSU Alumni Association
