This bench is located at the southern tip of the Isle of Man, facing 'The Sound' and the Calf of Man.
The area where the bench is located is popular with both islanders and visitors and offers magnificent coastal views and the opportunity to watch grey seals and numerous species of seabirds.
The bench is made from driftwood and the inscription was hand-carved by Amanda's husband Mark Boyd, The bench stands on a concrete slab which has been painted green and bears a handprint contained in a heart.
The inscription carved on the bench is as follows:

Alongside the bench is a heart-shaped white stone which has been inscribed as follows:
